Treatments offered

Treatments are given on a massage table in a safe, comfortable environment, which promotes relaxation. The client is clothed and no oils are used. This is a full body head to toe treatment. Pressure is applied with hands, thumbs, fingers, elbows, according to the style of Shiatsu practiced, and adjusted to each person's body type and condition.  Treatments work to relieve stress & tension, reduce pain, increase mobility, improve energy levels and enhance body balance within all organ systems.

This is similar to the Shiatsu session but addition techniques can be added to enhance treatments including Acu Chi Jin Shin, Reiki, or more localized acupressure techniques.

This is an Oil Massage. Focus on balancing techniques for lymphatic, circulatory and nervous system homeostasis. Components of the lymphatic system work with the circulatory and immune system to remove toxins and balance fluids in the body. Note that if you have significant lymph build up within your body, several treatments will be necessary to dissipat

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands and treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit, creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. It works in conjunction with other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery.
